Goal: Provide professional development for Preceptors.
Objectives: At the end of the session, preceptors should be able

Identify leadership responsibilities and competencies for
effectively managing pharmacy, inpatient or clinic
Describe different management styles
Learn and practice communication skills for diverse needs
Increase awareness of own behavioral preferences and
implications
