More than half a century ago, the Carnegie Mellon
Alumni Association presented its first Alumni Awards.
Since then, more than 750 individuals have been
recognized for their achievements in the arts, humanities,
science, technology and business, and for their service
to the university. Those honored with these awards have
distinguished themselves not only in their professional
and student lives, but in their dedication and commitment
to Carnegie Mellon.
Among our greatest assets are the alumni, friends and
students who continue to make possible this university's
vigorous pursuit of excellence.
No other university has come farther faster than Carnegie
Mellon in its first 100 years.
