Abstract
In this course, we introduce kinetic equations, and notably the Vlasov­Poisson
and Vlasov­Maxwell systems, and we describe their mathematical structure. We
give an overview of the classical ingredients used in this domain: transport equa­
tions theory, a priori estimates, averaging lemmas, dispersion estimates.
