Description/AbstractThe argument principle is employed to numerically investigate the stability of simple-harmonic solutions to a non-linear ordinary difference-differential equation. This equation is an extension of a similar one used earlier to analyse the properties of the field in a laser with external feedback. The present extension includes multiple reflections in the external system.
