| Description/Abstract | The Donbassenergo power system uses a special system for monitoring relay protection devices. This is a system comprising sequence of events recorders based on control computers that record and print out on computer printers the opening or closing speed of electric contacts, making it possible to accurately assess the performance of the relay protection equipment during malfunctions. |
