Coordinate Projection-based Solver for ODE with Invariants

Abstract

CPODES is a general purpose (serial and parallel) solver for systems of ordinary differential equation (ODE) with invariants. It implements a coordinate projection approach using different types of projection (orthogonal or oblique) and one of several methods for the decomposition of the Jacobian of the invariant equations.
