DescriptionThe SLAC Public Lecture Series is sponsored several times a year by the SLAC Users Association and the SSRL. Distinguished scientists from SLAC, from SSRL, and from other arenas of High Energy Physics present lectures packed with scientific information that even laypeople can understand. Stretching back to 2004, these lectures are made available online in video format. Newer ones may not be posted on the website yet and may instruct the user to contact the SLAC Library. The 23 videos posted at the time of this writing are:
  • Hunting the Elusive Higgs Boson and the Origin of Mass, Professor Lance Dixon (SLAC)
