A system is described for the circulation purification of neon during the operation of a large number of spark chambers. The system ensures purification of 800 liter/h of neon (under a pressure ranging from 0 to 2 mm of water and a maximum diffusion of 10 liter/h) and the composition of the gas mixture required for the operation of the chambers.
