Title: Generalized Kerr-Schild metric for a massless particle on the Reissner-Nordstroem horizon

We show that the Dray and 't Hooft solution can be generated by a Kerr-Schild-type transformation starting with the Schwarzschild metric as a background metric. The power of this approach rests in the fact (proved by Taub) that the Einstein equations obtained by this method consist of a set of linear partial differential equations for the generating function. In this way it is possible to know the physical meaning (if any) of the solution found. We have extended the Dray and 't Hooft solution to the case with a Reissner-Nordstroem background metric.
