Characterization of superconducting materials with muon spin rotation
During the past year the {mu}SR researchers at Virginia State University have participated in extensive sets of {mu}SR experiments on superconducting materials, related materials, and other classes of materials at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) and the Tri-University Meson Facility (TRIUMF). Several students have received training in these research techniques, data analysis is underway, and the experimental and computer equipment have been upgraded. This report briefly discusses work done during the last year.
