The flavor-changing top quark decays t{r_arrow}cV (V=Z,{gamma},g) induced by {ital R}-parity-violating couplings in the minimal supersymmetric standard model are evaluated. We find that the decays t{r_arrow}cV can be significantly enhanced relative to those in the {ital R}-parity-conserving supersymmetric model. Our results show that the top quark flavor-changing neutral current decay can be as large as Br(t{r_arrow}cg){approximately}10{sup {minus}3}, Br(t{r_arrow}cZ){approximately}10{sup {minus}4}, and Br(t{r_arrow}c{gamma}){approximately}10{sup {minus}5}, which may be observable at the upgraded Fermilab Tevatron and/or the CERN LHC. {copyright} {ital 1998} {ital The American Physical Society}
