Multiparticle variant of proton and neutron radioactivity. The case of diagonal transitions
By analogy with ..cap alpha..-decay theory we construct an integral expression for the proton-decay width of a deep subbarrier quasistationary state. Three types of proton transitions are distinguished: diagonal, nondiagonal, and intermediate. For a diagonal transition, when the diagonal component of the potential of the proton interaction with the daughter nucleus is dominant, we demonstrate the possibility to select the well depth for continuation of the proton form factor from the shell region to asymptotic region. Proton and neutron widths are calculated for a large number of nuclei with inclusion of multiparticle effects. Agreement with experiment is demonstrated for the nuclei /sup 151/Lu and /sup 147/Tm.
