Title: Gas--liquid equilibrium in binary mixtures of methane with tetralin, diphenylmethane, and 1-methylnaphthalene

Compositions of saturated equilibrium liquid and vapor phases are determined in a flow apparatus for mixtures of methane + tetralin at 190, 270, 350, and 390/sup 0/C and for methane + diphenylmethane and methane + 1-methylnaphthalene at 190, 270, 350, and 430/sup 0/C. The pressure extends to 250 atm or near the criticals of the mixtures, starting from 20 atm or from above the vapor pressure of the solvent. 6 figures, 3 tables.
