Heating/cooling/ventilation unit
This patent describes a heating/cooling/ventilation unit comprising: a. a casing having a condenser plenum and an evaporator plenum, the condenser plenum having a first and second end and the evaporator plenum having a first and second end. The casing has two outside air ports, an inside air outlet, and an inside air inlet connected to the plenums; b. a compressor connects to an evaporator with evaporator fins and connects to a condenser with condenser fins housed within the condense plenum and the evaporator plenum; c. turning vanes housed within the plenums; d. an outside damper pivotably connects to the casing and positions between the first end of the evaporator plenum and the first end of the condenser plenum. A cycling damper pivotably connects within the inside air outlet and positions between the second end of the evaporator plenum. The second end of the condenser plenum, and a return damper connects between the outside damper, the cycling damper, the inside air inlet and one of the outside air ports; e. means for controlling the cycling damper; and f. a supply fan located between an inside air inlet and an outside air inlet. Both are interconnected to the plenums and a return fan within an inside air outlet interconnects to the plenums and an outside air outlet interconnects to the plenums.
