These proceedings represent papers presented at the Seventh Mexican School of Particles and Fields symposium which was organized together with the First Latin American Symposium on High Energy Physics. The topics considered were divided into two parts: Experimental and Phenomenological High Energy Physics and Cosmology and Quantum Field Theory. There were tutorial courses, lectures and seminars on the two major topics listed above, and these have been summarized as papers in these proceedings. Altogether 55 papers are included in these proceedings and 8 of them have been abstracted for the Energy Science and Technology database.(AIP)
