Methods focal to the 100-mile Susanville procurement area for: (a) harvesting forest fuels from lodge-pole pine, old growth, cull log inventories, second growth ponderosa pine and white fir, pinyon/juniper, and manzanita; (b) systematically collecting mill residues; and (c) transporting harvested and collected materials to the Honey Lake hybrid power plant are identified.
