Title: Sorption of strongly polar molecules on silicalite. Calorimetric evidence for the formation of associates in the sorbed phase

Differential molar heats of sorption have been determined calorimetrically for bromobenzene, pyridine, acetone, and acetonitrile, on silicalite as a function of pore filling. The results show that all molecules investigated from associates in the sorbed phase. While bromobenzene and pyridine at low pore fillings are sorbed as monomers and from associates at medium sorbed amounts, acetone and acetonitrile exist as associates over the entire range of pore filling.
