EMF measurements of solid electrolyte galvanic cells at temperatures ranging within 1,073--1,273 K supplied more information about the thermodynamics of the reaction of LaFeO{sub 3} formation. Gibbs energy, enthalpy, and entropy of LaFeO{sub 3} formation, as well as equilibrium oxygen pressures for the orthoferrite dissociation, were determined as functions of temperature.
