Kern and Imperial counties are designated nonattainment for sulfur dioxide and for ozone, respectively. The revisions submitted by the California Air Resources Board are available for public inspection. Comments may be filed until 60 days or more after 12/4/79 and 30 days or more after the proposed rulemaking dates which are to be announced.
