This document is the first annual submittal by Westinghouse Hanford Company (WHC) and contains the results of inspections of the storm water outfalls listed in the Hanford Site Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) (WHC 1993a) as required by General Permit No. WA-R-00-OOOF (WA-R-00-Al7F). This report also describes the methods used to conduct the Comprehensive Site Compliance Evaluation (CSCE), as required in Part IV, Section D. 4. c of the General Permit, summarizes the results of the compliance evaluation, and documents significant leaks and spills.
