Measurement of distance distribution between spin labels in spin-labeled hemoglobin using an electron spin echo method

Using the {open_quotes}2+1{close_quotes} pulse train electron spin echo method and various distribution functions, the distance distribution between a pair of nitroxide radicals in spin-labeled tetrameric hemoglobin was measured. This method determines spin echo kinetics by the dipole-dipole interaction of the labeled pair and preventing the pair from interacting with other pairs in the bulk medium. 24 refs., 9 figs.
