The pathological effects of BETA particles on the gastrointestinal tract of mice were studied after single and repeated intravenous intraperitoneal, or oral doses of P/sup 32/, Sr/sup 89/, or Ce/sup 144/ varying from 0.5 to 5.0 mu C/g. Histological findings of pathological effects are described. (C.H.)
