Detailed {gamma}{gamma}t,{gamma}xt, {gamma}et, and ext coincidence data and {gamma}-, and e-singles spectrum multiscaling data have been obtained for the decays of {sup 133}Pm (T{sub 1/2}= 15s) and {sup 133m,g}Nd (70s, 70s). Sources were produced by bombarding a {sup 92}Mo target with a {sup 46}Ti beam at the Holified Heavy Ion Research Facility and mass separated using UNISOR. Two E1 isomers (T{sub 1/2}{approximately} 50ns, > 100ns) and an M3 isomer (T{sub 1/2} {approximately} 70s) are established in {sup 133}Nd. The M3 isomer also undergoes allowed unhindered {Beta} decay to {sup 133}Pr. A comparison of the {sup 133}Nd levels with particle-plus-triaxial-rotor-model calculations will be made and implications for the onset of deformation in this region will be discussed.
