Title: Ozone nonattainment under the Clean Air Act. Hearing before the Subcommittee on Technology, Environment and Aviation of the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology, U.S. House of Representatives, One Hundred Third Congress, Second Session, July 8, 1994

Book ·
OSTI ID:284913

The hearing addresses ozone nonattainment under the Clean Air Act. Southeastern Wisconsin is a designated ozone non-attainment area under amendments to the Act of 1990. Preliminary results of a Lake Michigan Ozone study seem to indicate that much of the pollution causing high levels of ozone come from several hundred miles away. The witnesses examine plans to cope with this situation. Statements of government and industry officials are included along with documents submitted for the record.
