Materials Data on LaCeRh4 by Materials Project
CeLaRh4 is Cubic Laves-derived structured and crystallizes in the cubic F-43m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ce is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to twelve equivalent Rh atoms. All Ce–Rh bond lengths are 3.17 Å. La is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to twelve equivalent Rh atoms. All La–Rh bond lengths are 3.17 Å. Rh is bonded to three equivalent Ce, three equivalent La, and six equivalent Rh atoms to form a mixture of edge, corner, and face-sharing RhLa3Ce3Rh6 cuboctahedra. All Rh–Rh bond lengths are 2.70 Å.
